Webcast Meeting

User can create Webcast Meeting by selecting Webcast Event from Event Type

Set Date and time for meeting

User can add meeting members according to roles. Select roles from drop-down list

Click on choose members from application to add member from application

User can add users from bulk upload sheet add users in sheet and upload that sheet in application

After adding users in meeting save the meeting

You Can Share The Meeting URL

The viewer will get broadcast when streaming status is shown in the bottom links and after screen share is shared then status will change

User can share the link with other users to view the webcast

This light app public link will view the live webcast as below.

With this copied link user can login into the application with respective application registered credentials and can view the webcast.

Users can also share the links from scan qr code icon. click on the icon present in bottom right corner or present in settings page.

User Can See the options by clicking on three dot Elipse Button given below

User can Chat ,share the screen and raise hand
